How To Add "repo666.ultrasn0w.com" To Cydia

Ultrasn0w is a software developed by Dev Team to unlock iPhone. You can unlock your iPhone 3G, 3GS, iPhone 4, 4S and iPhone 5 using Ultrasn0w. You just have to add the repo to Cydia and download Ultrasn0w. Then you can easily unlock your iPhone. Here I have shared a simple tutorial on how to add repo666.ultrasn0w.com to Cydia. It is just like adding any other repo. Just follow the steps below and you will add the ultrasnow repo to Cydia in no time.

Steps To Add Ultrasn0w Repo To Cydia

Step 1 - Tap on Cydia icon on homescreen and open Cydia.

Step 2 -  Go to "Manage" option at the bottom.

Step 3 - Tap on "Sources" and then select "Edit" option at the top right corner of the screen.

Step 4 - Now tap the "Add" button on the top left of the screen. It will now ask you for Cydia/APT URL.

Step 5 - When it asks you for Cydia/APT URL enter "http://repo666.ultrasn0w.com" in the box. Do remember that in ultrasn0w instead of "o" you have to use the number zero "0" in the URL. Then tap on "Add Source".

Step 6 - It may show you a warning message. Tap on "Add Anyway" and continue.

A black screen might appear in case of processing. But after completion a message will be shown "Return To Cydia". Ultrasn0w is now added to Cydia. Tap on return to Cydia.

How to Unlock iPhone Using Ultrasn0w?

Now once you have added Ultrasn0w repo (repo666.ultrasn0w.com) to Cydia it is now very simple to unlock your iPhone. Follow these steps -

1. Just go to Cydia.

2. On Cydia screen you will see the Ultrasn0w repo "repo666.ultrasn0w.com". Tap on it.
3. A Ultrasn0w application icon will appear on the screen. Tap it.
4. On the top right corner you will see a install button. Tap it. It will confirm the download. Choose the confirm option on the top right corner and install Ultrasn0w.

5. After the installation is complete. It will show you a option "Restart Springboard". Tap it and it will restart your iPhone.

After the restart your iPhone is unlocked. You can now insert the sim of your choice.

What If Ultrasn0w Repo Is Not Working?

Its a common problem. Many times you might find that when you add Ultrasn0w repo it doesn't find it. Or it will show a "Searching" or "Request timed out" error. In that case you just have to use a different repo.

First try using "repo666.ultrasn0w.org" instead of "repo666.ultrasn0w.com". If that also doesn't works do try these two other repo -

1. http://musclenerd.com
2. http://sinfuliphonerepo.com

After adding any of the following repo return to Cydia and in search option search for "Ultrasn0w" and install it. Rest of the steps are same.
