Cydia is a application for iOS that allows you to download free premium apps, cracked apps, themes, lockscreens, tweaks etc. It is a substitute to Apple's app store but for jailbroken iOS devices. Just look at the Pangu 8 compatible version and download it to your laptop/PC. Then connect your iOS device to your laptop/PC and start jailbreaking. Adding sources is the most basic Cydia app store feature. These are the URL's that you add to your Cydia app store. These URLs are like source for your apps. Certain apps are available on certain sources. So to download that particular app you have to add that particular URL/ repository/source. Cydia by default has Bigboss repository and certain other repositories already added in it that will serve most of your purpose. But you can add many other repositories by -

• Tapping the "Manage" option in the bottom bar.
• Then tap on "Sources".
• Then on "Edit" in the top right corner.
• Now on the "Add" button in the top left corner.

The above pic shows the "Manage", "Edit" and "Add" options. After tapping on add a dialog box appears asking for Cydia/APT URL. Here you have to enter the Cydia repository(repo) URL.

Cydia Search Box

Just tap on it and a search box will appear. Type in name of the app you are searching for and hit search. Results with appear along with the name of the repo from which they will be downloaded.

Like in the above image "mplayer" is being searched. Its a cool movie player and as you can see it is available on ModMyi repo and so it is showing that. If I would have not added the ModMyi repo the result would not have appeared. 

Once the result is appeared just tap on it and select the install button in the top right corner. Your app will be installed instantly.
